-Good ergonomics ultimately ensures maximum comfort and safety.

What do the physiotherapist assess?

An ergonomic assessment will include the physiotherapist assessing the environment the staff work. This can include:

. Desk area – enough room to work.

.chairs are adjustable and appropriate for the user.

.if the staff are aware of how to adjust a workstation.

.Analysing of working duties.

Modifications of workplace:

-keeping the screen level to the eyes.

-Invest in a comfortable chair.

-desk is just at the right height.
